DOMESTIC ABUSE BATTERY WITH CHILD ENDANGERMENT – TYRESE JEREMIAH DAVIS
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Tyrese Jeremiah Davis, 25, of 5416 Highway 1, Bertrandville, LA, on felony domestic charges arising from an incident which occurred on December 29, 2023.
On the aforementioned date, deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Southall Street in Bertrandville in reference to a domestic incident. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant who advised that on the date in question, her live in companion who she is currently estranged from, came into her home and sat on her sofa uninvited. That individual now identified as Tyrese Jeremiah Davis repeatedly struck the victim in the face. The victim attempted to leave but Davis prevented her from doing so and continued beating her. At the time of this incident there were minor children present.
Investigating deputies observed injuries to the victim consistent with domestic abuse. As a result, deputies secured an arrest warrant for Tyrese Jeremiah Davis.
Tyrese Jeremiah Davis was arrested on January 1, 2024, at a residence on Southall Street and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Tyrese Jeremiah Davis remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
