DOMESTIC VIOLENCE – RUDY HARVEY, JR.

PAINCOURTVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Rudy Harvey, Jr., 35, of 295 Highway 403, Paincourtville, LA, on felony charges arising from a domestic incident at the aforementioned address on Tuesday afternoon.

Deputies arrived on location and made contact with the complainant who is the domestic partner of Rudy Harvey, Jr. The complainant advised that Rudy Harvey, Jr. was angered due to a family issue and attacked the complainant physically.

The deputy made contact with Rudy Harvey, Jr. and conducted an interview of him.

At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies arrested Rudy Harvey, Jr. and booked him into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Domestic Abuses Battery with Child Endangerment

At the time of the incident, there were three minor children present.

Rudy Harvey, Jr. remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
