NON-CONSENSUAL DISCLOSURE OF A PRIVATE IMAGE

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Hunter Michael Gauthreaux, 29, of 111 Teal Drive, Labadieville, LA, on felony charges after an investigation by Sheriff’s Detectives.

On June 20, 2023, Detectives were made aware of an image that had been distributed by electronic means and made public. That image was very personal in nature and was never intended for public distribution. Detectives were able to identify Hunter Michael Gauthreaux as the person who came into possession of the image and subsequently distributed the photo.

Hunter Michael Gauthreaux was interviewed on Thursday and as a result of that process, Gauthreaux was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Hunter Michael Gauthreaux remains incarcerated with bond set at $15,000.
