NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Michael J. Muse, Sr., 65, of 305 West 9th Street, Donaldsonville, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on felony aggravated assault charges.

Michael J. Muse, Sr. was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm and as a result was ordered to appear in court in Assumption Parish on July 5, 2023. Michael J. Muse, Sr. did not appear in court as ordered and as a result, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Michael J. Muse, Sr. was arrested on Monday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on July 5, 2023 – Aggravated Assault
with a Firearm

Michael J. Muse, Sr. remains incarcerated and was ordered held without bond.
