FAILURE TO APPEAR – DRUG LAW VIOLATION

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Schuyler Paul Sanchez, 38, of 716 3rd Street, Donaldsonville, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on drug law violations.

Schuyler Paul Sanchez was previously arrested on drug law violations and as a result was ordered to appear in court on July 17, 2023 and failed to do so. As a result, a warrant was issued for Sanchez’s arrest on the same day.

Schuyler Paul Sanchez was arrested by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office on September 6, 2023. He was transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday. Sanchez was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a warrant charging him with:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on July 17, 2023 on charges of:
-Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance to Wit:
*Methamphetamine

Schuyler Paul Sanchez remains incarcerated with bond set at $1301.50 cash.
