FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Sandi Ann Leone Dominguez, 39, of 177 St. Phillip Street, Raceland, LA, on warrants charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on multiple felony drug charges.
Sandi Ann Leone Dominguez was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of a Schedule I Drug without a Prescription. As a result of that arrest, Dominguez was ordered to appear in court on August 30, 2023, and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for her arrest on September 1, 2023.
Sandi Ann Leone Dominguez was arrested by the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office on Monday. Dominguez was transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday.
Sandi Ann Leone Dominguez was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on Counts of –
-Possession of Methamphetamine
-Unlawful Possession of a Schedule I Drug without a Prescription
Sandi Ann Leone Dominguez remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
