MULTIPLE FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANTS – FELONIES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jeremy Paul Jordan, 44, of 119 Lot A, West 58th Street, Cutoff, LA, on failure to appear warrants for unlawful possession of a schedule I controlled dangerous substance without a prescription, and failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator.
Jeremy Paul Jordan was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result was ordered to appear in court on July 5, 2022. Jordan failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on July 14, 2022.
Jeremy Paul Jordan was arrested by the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office on local charges in that jurisdiction. Upon satisfying those charges, Jordan was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday.
Jeremy Paul Jordan was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on Charges of:
-Unlawful Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance without a
Prescription
-Failure to Register and Notify as a Sex Offender or Child Predator
Jeremy Paul Jordan remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
