SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE COMPLAINT – THEFT – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS – JESSICA CREWS BOURGEOIS, FRANKIE G. CLARK
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Jessica Crews Bourgeois, 43, of 821 Two Brothers Lane, Morgan City, LA, and Frankie G. Clark, 40, of 158 Friendship Lane, Morgan City, LA, on multiple charges arising from a suspicious vehicle complaint in the area of LA 400 / Bayou Crab area.
Deputies responded to the location on Wednesday evening making contact with the complainant who observed individuals with what appeared to be a torch, possibly attempting to cut up material as scrap.
Upon arrival, deputies intercepted a vehicle attempting to leave the area and were able to stop the vehicle. Deputies made contact with two occupants whom both provided fictitious identities. Both subjects were detained and now correctly identified as Jessica Crews Bourgeois and Frankie G. Clark. Both suspects provided false information as to their purpose for being at that location.
Deputies located freshly cut iron in the rear of the truck which was later identified by its rightful owner.
Both Jessica Crews Bourgeois and Frankie G. Clark were arrested on theft charges.
An inventory search of the suspect vehicle resulted in the seizure of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
Jessica Crews Bourgeois was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Theft (Felony)
*Possession of Methamphetamine
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Resisting an Officer
*Criminal Trespass
Jessica Crews Bourgeois remains incarcerated with bond set at $50,000.
Franke G. Clark was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Methamphetamine
*Theft (Felony)
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Resisting an Officer
*Criminal Trespass
*Fugitive – St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office
Frankie G. Clark remains incarcerated with bond set at $50,000.
