FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES
MARK COREY MCLAUGHLIN
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Mark Corey McLaughlin, 43, of 19046 Willie Lane, Livingston, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in court in Assumption Parish on Felony Drug Charges.
Mark Corey McLaughlin was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine. As a result of that arrest, Mark Corey McLaughlin was ordered to appear in court on August 8, 2022 and failed to appear as ordered. A warrant was issued for McLaughlin’s arrest on August 10, 2022.
Mark Corey McLaughlin was arrested by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office and released on February 14, 2024 to the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office. McLaughlin was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court on August 8, 2022 on a Count of Possession of
Methamphetamine
Mark Corey McLaughlin remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
