FIGHT – AGGRAVATED BATTERY – JACY L. DAIGLE, DEIONDRA DEVON JOSEPH AND JAYDEN M. ANDERSON

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Jacy L. Daigle, 32, of 209 Jefferson Street, Napoleonville, LA, Deiondra Devon Joseph, 28, of 301 Assumption Street, Napoleonville, LA and Jayden M. Anderson, 22, of 301 Assumption Street, Napoleonville, LA, on multiple charges arising from a fight in the village of Napoleonville on Saturday afternoon.

Deputies were dispatched to the area of Jefferson Street related to a large disturbance involving multiple individuals.

Upon arrival on scene, deputies observed several individuals including Jacy L. Daigle, Deiondra Devon Joseph and Jayden M. Anderson actively engaged in a fistic encounter. Deputies observed Jacy L. Daigle discharge a chemical agent from a pressured canister at other individuals. Deputies also observed Deiondra Devon Joseph and Jayden M. Anderson striking other individuals with closed fists.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Jacy L. Daigle, Deiondra Devon Joseph and Jayden M. Anderson were arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center.

– Jacy L. Daigle was booked on charges of:
*Aggravated Battery
*Disturbing the Peace by Fighting

Jacy L. Daigle was incarcerated and posted a $55,000 commercial bond.

– Deiondra Devon Joseph was booked on charges of:
*Simple Battery
*Disturbing the Peace by Fighting
*Fugitive Warrant – St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office

Deiondra Devon Joseph remains incarcerated with bond set at $5,000. Upon satisfying local charges, Joseph will be transferred to the custody of St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office as a fugitive.

– Jayden M. Anderson was booked on charges of:
*Simple Battery
*Disturbing the Peace by Fighting
*Identity Theft – Outstanding Assumption Parish Warrant

Jayden M. Anderson was incarcerated and released on a $5,000 bond.
