SUSPICIOUS PERSON – UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY OF AN INHABITED DWELLING – RICKY JAMES FORET, JR.

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ricky James Foret, Jr., 45, of Bayou L’Ourse, on felony charges arising from a suspicious person complaint on Vivian Street in Bayou L’Ourse on Sunday.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 200 block of Vivian Street and made contact with the complainant who advised that an individual now identified as Ricky James Foret, Jr. was utilizing and damaging a mobile home in the area without permission.

Ricky James Foret, Jr. had left the location when deputies arrived. Foret was located a short time later.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Ricky James Foret, Jr. was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
*Criminal Trespass of a Moveable Structure

Ricky James Foret, Jr. remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing
